Short update as 2023 draws to a close. Lots of development activity in the Okanagan Valley has kept the design professionals very busy but we are pleased to report a milestone.
The building permit plans are now in the Town of Oliver’s hands for processing. We expect to be able to start the renovation of the 100 year old Oliver United Church into Oliver United Apartments early in the new year.
